Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

A full time senior designer would cost you $100k a year before benefits. And good luck finding a good one. With our pause any time, if you don't have work in the pipeline, just let us know in advance and we won't bill you that month.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?

No limit, submit as many as you want. however, to make sure we fulltil your need, there must be only 1 active request at a time.

How fast do I get my design?

Typically 2-3 days but you will see update very frequently via your Figma access. More complex requirements might take longer.

Who are the designers?

No middle man. We keep our work at speed with only 1 designer working with requestor.

How does pausing payment work?

Billing work on a 30 day period. when you sign up monthly package, you got 30 days. If you wish to pause at day 20, you got 10 days left that you can resume any time.

What app do you design in?

Figma for god-sake. Adobe when needed.

How do I request design?

Trello, Google docs, your wireframe, your video recording. Strictly NO MEETING.

What if I don't like the design?

We'll continue to revise the design until you are 100% satisfied.

I only have a single request?

You can pause your subscription and go back any time.

Are there any refund if I don't like the service?

Ouch. No.
